Updated November 17 2022 MELAKA A Disneyland theme park and Disney City will be built on 809ha of land in Jasin Melaka by the year 2027 Malaysian media has reported. Malaysians were surprised to learn yesterday that Melaka was going to get South East Asias first Disneyland.

The Disney City will begin construction in the year of 2027 with the space up to 200 acres 809 hectares of land. It was reported that Melakas Disneyland would be built at a cost of RM2 billion which sounds very little compared to other Disneyland theme parks in Asia.
